Individuality does not come in an instance rather its a set of constant experiences gained over time...
Each individual whatever he says about himself may not be true. Instead, the probability of the attributes that he attach to himself is more of like what he is aspiring for. I guess thats what the magistical difference between idealistic and practical (or realistic). Having grown up seeing so many beautiful things and so many wonderful people, you can call these as my own observations on others or infact on my own beings but thats true.
A person is so self-centred that at times he forgets that whatever he talks or whatever he says reflects his own actions and his intentions. I don't agree with the common assumption of thats how a human behaves and it is his trait and you can't blame him. Some are imbibed just to do what others feel is right and some are forced to follow to do the same. I guess thats what called...Hypocrisy.
Ok, lets say everyone is honest and goes on their own terms but what about collective system failure...then whats the need of having principles or in more stricter sense, rules to follow...There is a thin line which most of the them get it wrong called common sense which is tough to maintain in all situations and I guess none would ever strike a balance between work ethics and idealistic beliefs...it seems like a never ending debate!

Rivers...
In rivers, the water that you touch is the last of what has passed and the first of that which comes, so with time present. - Leonardo daVinci.
There is certain aura around rivers which kicks me up...at times their serene, inviting nature and at times their deadly blows resulting in dire consequences and yet so intertwined with our lives. Its kind of twisted just to think-of how much we are reliant on water for everything. Its just impossible to think of a day not depending upon water. Giving birth as if its nothing but a drop and ending upon a high note as if it itself is a huge ocean is something that pushes me to create the extreme similarities between our lives and that of a River.
A boy lives innocently for the first quarter of life just like another drop in the ocean and then becomes somewhat part of the society knowingly or unknowingly. Many factors help him or encourage him to be the Man that he is known to everybody. He may follow good or evil depending upon the people, truths, beliefs that are attached to him just like the environment surrounding a River governs it.
Rivers travel hundreds of miles just living their lives while contributing a lot to those nearby by providing everything. Various small tributaries here and there join and help the primary one to become more resourceful and more enriching. Being placid at times and helping people forget their sorrows and griefs does make the very disasters created by them look little on their part. I on my part just can only marvel at the universal fact that every coin has 2 faces applies everywhere.
No single bead in a necklace is useless and every individual is destined for a purpose in a larger perspective called Society. Its up to us to be part of the Good or Bad and wish for a better Mankind...
The quote from Leonardo may not seem as mystic as his famous painting Monalisa but it conveys a lot...Time just floats no matter what...
